About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the first-class Valdaya El Valiente wooden box, which was produced in 2018. Picturesque and beautiful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Valdaya conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Brilliant crimson. The bouquet is fruity and floral. On the palate, the wine is velvety, with a fine-grained, round tannin structure. The El Valiente is fresh and very elegant. An ideal food companion that makes you want more.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, risotto and legumes.
Vinification
Hand picked with careful selection in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Care is taken to ensure a gentle extraction of tannins. The wine matures for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
