Treat your family and friends at Christmas dinner with this outstanding Sangiovese 2016 — Uno. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sangiovese with lamb or pizza.
Tasting note
The “UNO” perfectly expresses the Tenuta di Carleone philosophy. A handpicked selection of the best Sangiovese grapes from all vineyards. After traditional mash fermentation in cement tanks, maceration takes place between 40 and 60 days. Subsequent aging for 18 months in cement and stainless steel tanks, 10% of which in new 500 liter Tonnaux barrels.

Vinification
Bright ruby red color. Open nose of raspberries, violets and light spicy notes. On the palate, the perfect symbiosis between silky tannins and inviting fruit. Elegant and robust at the same time. Wonderful drinking flow with a deep finish.
