Tasting note
Intense ruby red. It offers fruity notes of sour cherries, wild strawberries and currants. The taste is warm, dense and soft, accompanied by well-rounded tannins. The aftertaste is persistent with notes of black cherry.

This warm and enveloping wine can be enjoyed with all kinds of cheese and meats.
Vinification
After careful sorting, the grapes are destemmed and macerated. The entire fermentation cycle lasts 25-30 days, at the end of which malolactic fermentation begins and the phenolic components become softer and more stable, which is decisive for the quality of the wine produced.
