About the wine
We have a special, outstanding Nebbiolo from 2008 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Giorgio Pelissero has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny landscape of Piedmont. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience if you offer this Nebbiolo with prosciutto or beef.
Tasting note
Dark ruby red. On the nose, you can see a variety of different fruit aromas, fine vanilla and roasted aromas. On the palate, this wine leaves a velvety soft and flattering feeling with its convincing spiciness and balanced tannins, reflecting the outstanding and worthy characteristics of the Nebbiolo grape.

Vinification
The wine is aged in wood for 18 months. 50% in oak barrels of 30-40 hl, the rest in barriques. After 9 months of bottle refinement, it is ready to be enjoyed.
