About the wine
With the first-class Trus Roble Ribera del Duero DO, which was produced in 2017, you will definitely have a lot of fun. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Trus masters this red wine in the beautiful and enchanting landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon).

Tasting note
Plum cake and cinnamon cherries on the complex nose, including cranberries, dark raspberries and fine cedar spice. Full palate with a lush flow. Soft tempranillo tannins and ripe cherries in the fruity middle, now also bacon plums and red wine figs all the way to the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as house pate or venison terrines, dark mushroom sauces, stews, dark poultry such as duck or guinea fowl, steak variants, grilled meat, and semi-hard and hard cheeses such as sbrinz or mountain cheese.
