Great high concentration and complexity of aromas, which are very well integrated with the wood.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 6-8 years.
Vinification
Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months, maturation in bottles for 6 months.
