About the wine

Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden reflections, very fine, long-lasting perlage. Intense, comprehensive, slightly spicy and smells of ripe fruit. Taste: Comprehensive foam but not aggressive. Thanks to good structure and balance, it gives a feeling of softness and long-lasting fullness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with starters and fish, but is also ideal throughout the dish.
Vinification
Preparation of the “cuvée” the following spring. Bottling and slow pearl formation at a temperature of 11°C. Methius matures in the bottle for about five years, during which time the yeast is regularly made to float.
