A cuvée based on 80% Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc in roughly equal parts. The grapes come from 11 different plots. Aged to around 85% in steel tanks, the rest in barriques. Inviting nose with aromas of yellow cherries, nectarines, orange zest and delicate pear touch, plus fine notes of lemon balm, blooming herbs and a touch of nougat. On the palate, showing beautiful freshness and elegance, fruity, round, with subtle salty minerality and a fine, invigorating grapefruit tart in the finale.
