About the wine
With the delicious Touriga Nacional Vinho Regional Alentejano IGA from 2016, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Dorina Lindemann masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and sunny landscape of the Alentejo.
Tasting note
A real rarity, because single-varietal Touriga Nacional's are (still) rarely found. Inviting nose design with aromas of dark berries, plums and figs, plus spicy notes of mocha and licorice, caressed by a hint of orange blossom tones. On the palate, deep, elegant and complex, with a beautiful length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine meat dishes, such as kid roast from the oven with herbs and garlic, juicy cutlet from Pata Negra pork, but also game fowl such as partridge with plum jus or wild pigeon with porcini mushrooms.
