Tasting note
Elegant cru of ruby red color. With a unique scent, with its essences of spices and red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. On the palate, it impresses with its incomparable balsamic notes and the soft, balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Highly recommended for special occasions and selected dishes, be it meat, rich pasta dishes, au gratin vegetables, well-stored cheeses. Also very suitable as a meditation wine.
Vinification
After very careful manual harvesting, fermentation takes place on the grape skins, at a controlled temperature of 25°. The ageing follows in French barriques with a rest period of 18 months, the final ageing then takes place in the bottle for at least 12 months before the wine is sold.
