Tasting note
Rich crimson red (cremisi). Fresh and fruity on the nose with notes of strawberries and raspberries. The palate is lively and firm with a salty and balanced finish.
Vinification
Short skin maceration of 4-6 hours in the press. Fermentation at controlled temperatures. Aging for 7 months in stainless steel on fine yeast.
