About the wine
New in the range! The mother of the current operators inherited the small vineyards in the Binissalem region from relatives as a little girl. Since 2007, the family has continued the mother's legacy, respecting the unique terroir, cultivating the tradition of winemaking and preserving the local, autochthonous grape varieties.

Tasting note
Deep golden yellow. On the nose, with aromas of ripe melon and quince, along with yeast and honey notes. On the palate, with a creamy, complex texture and aromas of saffron, bergamot and fine toasted notes. Harmonious acidity and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with fried sea fish with vegetables.
Vinification
The wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then for 7 months in 1700l concrete egg.
