Tasting note
Light straw yellow - the nose is dominated by floral honey notes, along with aromas of ripe pears, white peach and a hint of lemon. Light-footed, but extremely intense, aromatic, with nice fruit concentration and fresh acidity, the finish is medium long, juicy and pleasantly creamy. The grapes for this Chenin Blanc come from Darling. Total production: just 590 bottles!
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended with meatballs in tomato sauce, puff pastry and pretzel sticks. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2025.
