Rich dark red - a lot of dark fruit on the nose, notes of dried herbs, earthy and spicy nuances. Very concentrated on the palate, yet fresh and of pure character, the tannins emphasise grippy and the finish expressive and juicy. Durif is another name of the Petite Syrah variety and the grapes for this wine come from Paarl. Total production: just 680 bottles!
