About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the fine Terre del Föhn Pinot Grigio Vigna delle Dolomiti IGT, which was produced in 2018. The fertile and blooming landscapes of Trentino give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Monfort conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Clear, grey-gold color, medium-density color. Fresh, ripe-fruity bouquet, yellow stone fruits, mirabelles, compote-like, earthy mineral note, slightly nutty touch in the finale. Very long start, strong yet elegant on the palate, balanced acidity, nice, aromatic, slightly bitter presence, distinctive minerality. Aromatic, crunchy drinking experience.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif riche, sushi, appetizers, saltimbocca, fried or grilled fish.
