Château de Gensac is the winery of bustling Swiss Jan Schürmann, it is one of the best winegrowing companies in the Gers/Armagnac region. The dry white wine Terre à Terre Blanc, a blend of the local Petit Courbu variety with Sauvignon gris (a mutation of Sauvignon Blanc), wonderfully reflects the chalky terroir of the Domaine. After a gentle pressing, the wine matures in barriques for a good 6 months and thus delights with its wonderfully fresh, fruity taste.
