About the wine
With the provocative red wine 2021 — Tenuta Giustini Areale Primitivo di Manduria DOP, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta Giustini has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and sunny countryside of Puglia. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Primitivo with pizza or risotto.

Tasting note
The aromas of cherries and plum compote give this wine a fruity note, which is perfectly rounded off by fine roasted aromas. The taste is velvety and dense, which makes the wine a true experience.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with beef — from steaks to stroganoff to tartar or slow-cooked roasts from the oven.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are fermented in a classic maceration process. It is then aged in French oak barrels.
