About the wine
If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 — Tenuta Albrizzi IGP. The winemaker from the Italian winery Domiziano San Marco absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and sunny countryside of Puglia. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Dark, rich ruby red. Intense nose with notes of ripe berries, cassis and cocoa. Elegant on the palate with soft tannin and well balanced. Sustained long aftertaste. Uncomplicated wine with an excellent price/pleasure ratio.

Vinification
Mash fermentation for 14 days at 20°C in horizontal stainless steel rotating tanks. Subsequent aging for 6 months in American and French barriques. 4 months in bottle aging before sale.
