Tasting note
Rich ruby red. Intense bouquet of wild berries, cedarwood and toasted oak, with elegant, smoky oak notes, as well as aromas of vanilla, pepper, tobacco and ripe fruit. On the palate, harmonious, very well-structured and velvety with ripe tannins. Strong, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
The wine is aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels. It then rests in the bottle for another 3 months.
