About the wine
There is always something left over from Christmas dinner. Do you know that? You can describe nature with words such as mountainous or hilly. However, the Austrian winery Manfred Tement is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. Tasting note
TEMENT BLANC is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from gravel, sand and Slate, rounded off by the Weissburgunder and Welschriesling grape varieties from Lime and marl. Our interpretation of an authentic South Styrian terroir wine of origin. Elegant, complex and mineral, with an unmistakable “theme note”.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, white meats, pasta and fish.
Vinification
Natural spontaneous fermentation, then 12 months on fine yeast in neutral Barrel and aged in stainless steel tanks
