Tasting note
Strong golden yellow. Intense herbal spice, smoky, a hint of nougat, delicate of figs, apricots, some bee honey. Juicy, oranges, intense and elegant, very complex, a highly concentrated wine with 13 per thousand acidity and over 350 grams of RZ, looks very harmonious and very elegant in spite of everything. A monument!
Culinary recommendation
With desserts and desserts, white and blue cheeses, mature hard and soft cheeses or goose liver terrines.
