Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately spicy botrytiston notes, hints of pineapple and yellow peach. Candied orange zest, a touch of nougat in the background. Substantial, silky texture, perfect combination of honey sweetness and firm acidity, salty-mineral finish, very clear and puristic. Already showing a great length, still very youthful, a focused sweet wine gem built for many years.

Goes well with caramelized peaches, apple strudel or soft and aged goat cheese.
