About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the first-class TAO Refosco Venezia Giulia IGP, which was produced in 2016. The winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Pierpaolo Pecorari masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and blooming landscape of Friuli.
Tasting note
Dense ruby red. On the nose, clear notes of dark berries and noble spices, well-integrated roasted aromas complement the aroma palette. Intense and supple on the palate, without sharp acidity and well-integrated tannins. The finale is persistent and harmonious.
Vinification
24 days maceration in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26/28 °C. 12 months maturation in French oak barrels to 225 l.
