About the wine
This provocative white wine 2017 — TALL HORSE Sauvignon Blanc WO crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the South African winery Douglas Green Bellingham greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sauvignon Blanc with fish or mussels.

Tasting note
The typical fruit aromas, which are reminiscent of green apples, grapefruits, gooseberries, are complemented by notes of pineapple, ice cream candy and lemongrass. The sensory experience is intense and continues into the fruity palate. This whiteness keeps its fresh, fruity, lively flavor right down to the finish.

Goes well with seafood, asparagus, vegetable patties, fish skewers and salmon.
