About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the delicious Südtiroler Pinot Grigio Opes Crescendo DOC, which was produced in 2013. Picturesque and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Ritterhof conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Brilliant, strong straw yellow. Fresh fruits, such as peaches, pears, and light roasted aromas on the nose. On the palate, an elegant structure with balanced acidity and a medium-weight body.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish and poultry.
Vinification
After a short maceration period, the selected Pinot Grigio grapes are gently pressed, clarified of turbidity and mature on the fine lees in French oak barrels for 6 months.
