Vinification
Stramonia' 2014, Benaco Bresciano IGT, made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 50% Merlot. These two international grape varieties in an established duet are highly appreciated. Complex on the nose with plum and spices, full-bodied on the palate, followed by a slightly bitter taste on the finish, which comes from the noble and ripe tannins. Nice durability. It is certified as an organic wine and vegan, and the grapes are washed before pressing. dry extract 27.4 g/l, acidity 5.4 g/l.
