Tasting note
On the nose, notes of berry, stone fruit and compote scents with a slight floral spice. On the palate, aromas of berries and stone fruits, fresh, soft and fruity on the first drink. Fine acidity, good volume, fruity finish with delicate melting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Aperos in combination with salty snacks, puff pastry or all types of hors d'oeuvres. Wonderful with antipasti in all forms — from olives to pickles to vitello tonnato and bruschette.
