About the wine
The dominant white wine 2015 — Stajnbech Bianco Chardonnay Veneto IGT is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. These grapes give us enchanting and fertile landscapes in Veneto, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Borgo Stajnbech conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantees a culinary experience if you serve Chardonnay with soft cheese or asparagus.

Tasting note
The Stajnbech bianco is fruity and delicate, reminiscent of citrus fruits and herbs such as mint, sage and thyme. The taste is fresh, clean and well-structured, nice persistence with continuous development.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with refined starters, shrimp cocktails, vitello tonnato, pasta dishes such as carbonara or lasagna, grilled fish, poultry, white meat and almost all types of cheese.
Vinification
A short time in new French oak barriques and then maturing in stainless steel tanks.
