Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is characterized by intense fruit aromas of raspberries, strawberries and peppermint. Soft start, harmonious body with finely structured tannins and a fruity finish.
Vinification
40% of the grapes are mashed, the rest are traditionally fermented in the mash.
