Tasting note
Garnet red color with pink nuances. On the nose, aromas of black and red fruits (plum, cranberry, strawberry and raspberry). At the beginning, pleasant with fine tannins and remarkable character.

Flaschenpöstler tip: St. Saphorin Rouge Les Silenes AOC is ideal with salmon, duck, and red meat.
