About the wine

The Domaine Louis Bovard, based in Cully, is located on the shores of Lac Léman, between Lausanne and Vevey, in one of the most prestigious wine regions in Switzerland: in Lavaux. In 1983, as a representative of the tenth generation of the family, Louis-Philippe Bovard took over the management of the family business, which today comprises 16 hectares of vines. Bovard's close contacts with his fellow winemakers in Switzerland and France as well as with the great chefs have inspired him and led him to question traditions. As an avant-garde, he introduced, among other things, new grape varieties to his estate, grew the Chasselas in barriques and created an important collection of old dézaley vintages.
