About the wine
The slopes and terraces of western Lavaux, from Pully to Rivaz and Saint-Saphorin, rest on clay-rich marl soil, which consists of fine and coarse particles torn out of loose debris and which results in a well-drained subsoil. The vineyards of St-Saphorin also benefit from the lake's thermoregulation.

Tasting note
Medium yellow. Subtle scent of linden flowers, underlined with a distinctive terroir character. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate. A sustainable end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with whitefish fillets, poached trout, pike dumplings or a fish terrine. Thanks to its strength and softness, it is ideal for poultry and veal. Young soft cheeses are suitable as cheese.
Vinification
The expansion took place in a steel tank.
