Tasting note
In the bouquet, fading roses, freshly cut lychees and oriental herbs; elegant, spicy and floral at the same time on the palate, supported by a supportive fruit acid that takes away the strength of the wine, the subtle residual sweetness sounds elegant right down to the lingering finale.
Culinary recommendation
It can be used flexibly, is often drunk as an aperitif and tastes good with spicy and intensive dishes such as chestnut ravioli with black truffles, with crustaceans but also with Tyrolean cheese dumplings.
