Tasting note
Delicate notes of red berries, floral scent and some yeast. Soft and delicately sparkling on the palate, with long-lasting perlage. Well balanced.

Vinification
Soft pressing without maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Bottle fermentation lasts 24 months.
