The potpourri ranges from orange and acacia blossoms, white stone fruits, oranges, tangerines and ripe lemons to melons, guava and other exotic fruits. The already mentioned minerality, the concentrated and highly complex aroma and a perfectly adjusted acidity that gives the wine a balancing freshness — outstanding substance and, in recent years, the best single-varietal Palomino in South Africa.
