About the wine
Treat your guests at Christmas dinner with this provocative Grenache 2015 — Solen AOC Pézenas Languedoc. Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Les Aurelles conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this grenache with spicy dishes or spicy foods.
Tasting note
Dark berries, spices and a touch of rose petals. Full-bodied, spicy on the palate, with silky tannins and a long finish.

Vinification
Selective handpicking early in the morning, in two to four passes, depending on the vintage. Ageing in stainless steel tanks, bottling after 44 months without filtration.
