Tasting note
Fruity and refreshing, with notes of peach, grapefruit and elderflower. On the palate, a touch of subtle herbs is reminiscent of the southern French countryside. A pleasant acidity in the finish makes the wine balanced and extremely enjoyable. The perfect wine for an aperitif but also with light meals.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salad, fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, pies, quiche and chicken. Also ideal as an aperitif.
