An all-rounder at the table that is just as good with light fish dishes and cold cuts as with a vegetable plate or a vegetarian pasta variant.
Vinification
Grapes picked early in September produce a single-varietal Viognier that is distinctly balanced. The gentle vinification aims for a fresh, tasty result: Fermentation at a cool 13-15 degrees Celsius preserves the benefits of the variety and the peculiarities of the terroir. Perfected by aging in the bottle for 4 months.
