An intense yellow with golden reflections. It smells slightly vanilla, nutty (green walnuts, a little hazelnut), fruity when ripe, with exotic melon and mango (a touch of candied in the background). Great, this compact, always elegant and fresh nose full of floral and stony notes. On the palate, “La Rocca” offers excellent freshness and elegance, is creamy soft and, when restrained, remains racy. At the beginning, some sweet fruit extract, then the transition to structure and length is smooth.
