Tasting note
Wonderful herbal aromas accompanied by fresh limes. Well-balanced, nutty and creamy in taste. With a good dose of minerals and a long salty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, pasta/pizza, saltwater fish and seafood.
Vinification
18 hours maceration time. Then aged for 9 months on whole yeast in wooden barrels. Bottling only with light filtration.
