Tasting note
Ruby red with garnet reflections in the glass. On the nose, the scents of ripe wild berries and macerated flowers are enriched by the typical elegant herbal notes, spices and balsamic notes. The taste is full-bodied, juicy, delicately tannic and long, characterized by aromas of currants and blueberries and finally of Mediterranean maquis.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in three different containers, always in the range of 18-24 °C. Ageing in selected Saury/Seguin Moreau barriques: barrels (37% integral, 1st filling/38% traditional, 1st filling/25% traditional, 2nd filling)
