About the wine

Vinification
The Syrah grapes were left to stand at 12° degrees for 48 hours. After adding the yeast, the mash remained on the skins for 12 to 15 days at 24° C. The Malbec grapes were fermented at 24° degrees and the maceration time was 8 days.
