Tasting note
Intense purple color, with aromas reminiscent of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and black cherries. There is a spicy note on the nose, which is typical of oak aging. Juicy in the mouth, with soft tannins and good volume.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, empanadas and grilled vegetables, as well as pasta and pizza.
Vinification
Sometimes for up to 8 months in French barriques.
