About the wine
Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Rocca delle Macìe conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. This outstanding Sangiovese 2018 — Sergioveto Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Tasting note
This classic from the heart of Chianti Classico enchants with nuances of mulberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and blackberry. If we continue to feel the aroma, oriental spices, dark chocolate and black tea are added, promoted by the influence of oak wood. It is a wonderful wine with good structure, balance and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison, gratinated polenta with gorgonzola, pasta and spicy hard cheeses.
