Bio
Tasting note
Dark crimson. Aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries, plums, confiture, cocoa. Strong, powerful on the palate. A Demeter organic wine, biodynamically produced without copper and sulfur. Total production 7200 bottles. Must be decanted (nature wine).
Vinification
Aged for 24 months and fermented in French barriques.
