About the wine
Treat your family and friends over Christmas dinner with this dominant Shiraz 2015 — Senior de Barahonda Crianza Monastrell-Syrah-Petit Verdot DO. Beautiful landscapes in Levante give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Senorio Barahonda conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Shiraz is ideal to serve with barbecues or roasted vegetables.
Tasting note
This wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Dark purple color. Intense scent of wild berries, cherries and cassis. An aromatic, fruity, candied and creamy wine with a good finish in the mouth.

Goes well with red meat, stew ragout, cheese and pasta.
