About the wine
With this dominant Trebbiano 2014 — Selezione Sergio Zenato Lugana Riserva DOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Italian winery Zenato has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and beautiful landscape in Veneto. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Trebbiano with vegetable rice or poultry.

Tasting note
Color: Slightly golden with brilliant reflections. Aroma: Rich scent of citrus and vanilla. Character: Very soft on the palate, extremely good sweet and sour balance with compact fullness. Subtle oak notes with vanilla, very balanced, round and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Asparagus dishes, creamed schnitzel, sliced veal, risotto frutti di mare, fish dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation in barriques, first aging for 4 months in new barrels, later 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Aged for half a year in the bottle.
