Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Intense nose of citrus fruits, yellow plums and peaches with a hint of salty Mediterranean sea breeze. The palate is dry with a juicy acidity and a well-balanced body. A fresh Fiano that, with its salty-mineral finish, is a must for summer tavolata.
