Tasting note
Radiant ruby red - scented nose with aromas of ripe red berries and a peppery spiciness. Velvety softness on the palate, yet juicy and fresh with enough grippy tannins to give the fruit a certain structure and texture. In the 2018 vintage, the share of Cinsault is 82%, which paradoxically makes the wine both accessible young and suitable for a few years of maturation.
Culinary recommendation
The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2025. Flaschenpost team recommends you to go with game, barbecue and roasted vegetables.
