About the wine

Tasting note
Ruby red with light purple reflections. On the nose, with aromas of wild blackberries, floral notes and white pepper. Round and soft on the palate with aromas of ripe berries and chocolate and spicy notes. Present acidity, fine tannins and a mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with a hearty fish soup or grilled tuna with Mediterranean vegetables.
Vinification
Hand-picked, 6-8 days of maceration, fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months in French 225l barriques.
